14. Happiness lies inside you

14. Happiness lies inside you

Only those who are competent of being alone are capable of love. The ability to be alone (solitude) is the capacity to love. It may look paradoxical to you, but it is not. It is a factual truth…only those people who are capable of being alone are capable of love, of sharing, of going into the deepest fundamentals of the other person – without becoming reliant on the other, without being jealous from others even for a single thing and without becoming addicted to others.

Free souls allow others absolute freedom, because they know that if anyone leaves, they will be as happy as they are now. Their happiness cannot be taken by others, because it is not given by anyone. They lay their happiness inside, found it in solitude, and many time by helping others and observe smile on their face.

Spend some time with yourself, discovering you; observe your creation, initiation and your growth day by day. Observe the creation of this entire world, uniqueness in clouds and the infinity of sky, the chirping of birds and just imagine yourself flying, see the world under you with your eyes and sing a care free song, the air touches you more than before. As its Einstein’s quote that: “Imagination is better than knowledge,” because knowledge is limited but imagination encircles the whole world. Imagine whatever makes you a happy soul because for a while you live the best moment there, you find yourself free from worldly desires and materialism, nothing detrimental or obnoxious exist there…. there in your wonderful imagination….. In your own created world. Motivate yourself from you; you have done a lot of amaze already. If not everything then anything is possible, everything is waiting for you…for you to just do it by your own self. The whole world is for you, from sunrise to sunset, from the height of skies to the depths of earth. Just acknowledge yourself; your potential is undeterminable and endless! Because potential is a energy and energy cannot be destroyed, it transform from one form to another, and that’s what law of conservation of energy says, well you can Google it ☺

So, trying to be happy at your own, stay relaxed every time and boost up your physical and mental health too..
